If the cylinder is in stock and only requires filling, delivery takes approximately 7-10 days ex-works after payment is received.
For customized cylinders, delivery ranges from 15-35 days ex-works after payment, depending on the quantity ordered.
3: How do you ship the product?
We primarily ship products via ocean freight.
4: Shall we send back the cylinders to China for refilling?
Yes, if you have our cylinders, you can return them for refilling. Simply notify us before exporting, and we'll manage all import customs clearance formalities.
5: Which port will you ship from?
We ship from Qingdao, Shanghai, or as per customer requirements.
