Inox 304 Biobank freezer introduce
- Liquid nitrogen tank provides users with a fully automatic, safe and reliable cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage system. All tanks are made of high quality stainless steel, equipped with automatic caster wheel, brake device, convenient open hinged lid, and large diameter openings for sample storage. The sample can be stored in either liquid phase (-196ºC) or vapor phase (-190ºC). Microcomputer touch control system enables greater convenience and security. A big sample storage capacity is designed under the condition of mimimum consumption of liquid nitrogen to achieve a more economical operation.
- The product adopts advanced technology and super vacuum thermal insulation technology to assure the safety of the barrier-free sample storage and good properties of the sample -- uniform temperature and minimum loss of liquid nitrogen. Even if it's gas storage, difference temperature in the whole storage area is less than 10ºC. The lowest temperature of the top of the racks can reach-190ºC.

Liquid Nitrogen Container Use and Maintain
- When putting in and taking out frozen substances, try to short the opening time of the liquid nitrogen biological container that can reduce the amount of liquid nitrogen loss, and do not take out the inside canister completely to affect the storage effect of the items.
- Strictly prevent excessive impact and collision.
- Always check the weight of the liquid nitrogen biological container, and know in time how many days the liquid nitrogen can be used. When the liquid nitrogen amount is reduced to 1/3 of the total capacity, the liquid nitrogen is immediately replenished to avoid necrosis of stored items.
- It was found that there was sweating or tarnishing around the neck of the liquid nitrogen biological container which proved that the vacuum degree of the liquid nitrogen biological container has deteriorated and can no longer be used. It should be replaced immediately.
Liquid Nitrogen Container Clear and Dry
- It is best to wash the liquid nitrogen biological container 1-2 times a year. Take out canister and liquid nitrogen from container to place about two days, the temperature of inner container will rise to around 0ºC. Inject warm water of 40-50ºC to the liquid nitrogen container, then scrub with a cloth.
- Invert the liquid nitrogen biological container and dry it. It can be dried by natural air drying and hot air. If it is dried by hot air, the temperature should be limited to 40-50ºC. Avoid hot air above 60ºC. Nitrogen is immediately replenished to avoid necrosis of stored items.
Liquid Nitrogen Container Operate Attention
- The container which was used for a period of time or the new one must be tested for liquid nitrogen performance. While using, the containers should be checked every day. If there is water drops or frost on the upper, there is quality issue in the liquid nitrogen biological container,it should be stopped using immediately.
- The containers should be placed in a cool and dry place.
- It is strictly forbidden to place the liquid nitrogen container in the room to close the door or window.
- The liquid nitrogen temperature is -196ºC, and the operator should take care to prevent the liquid nitrogen from freezing the skin.
